Thank you!

Thank you!

As the evening of live music came to an end at our 2019 residence, Arlington Stadium, we reflected on what was an incredible DirtQuake. We hope you've enjoyed it as much as we have! Huge congrats to all winners and thanks to each and every one of the Riders who provided such amazing entertainment over the past two days as well as to the DTRA for managing the on-track activity. For those that couldn't make it, details of the results will be published over the next few days.

DJ Anne Frankenstein, Cam Cole and The Graveltones treated us to some awesome live music too. Providing us with the perfect vibes to end the DQ weekend!

And of course not forgetting, a massive shout-out to all of our event partners for their support over the weekend and throughout the year. In particular our main partner, Harley-Davidson, but also Moto Tattoo, Sideburn Magazine, 250 London, Champions Flat Track School, Di Traverso, Ducati and Gasoline Ally.

DJ Anne Frankenstein (London based DJ, weekend presenter on Jazz FM, host of the Late Lab and Folded Wing's Adventures in Sound, and usually found playing sets in Spiritland, Ace Hotel and Blues Kitchen) will be taking to the decks on Friday evening with a perfect blend of rock, hip hop, country, blues and anything else good, providing the perfect soundtrack to an evening of good food, good drink and good chat.

She’ll be back on Saturday evening too, ahead of a headline performance from The Graveltones who’ll be bringing some Blues, Rock & Roots to the DQ stage.

Jimmy O (Guitar/Vox) & Mikey Sorbello (drums) make up this magnetic two-piece and spent those first few years relentlessly playing the dingy clubs of the UK. With their NO REHEARSAL policy, they racked up an incredible number of shows and became known for never playing the same set twice.

They issued their debut album ‘Don’t Wait Down’ at the end of 2013  and since then the band’s reputation worldwide has grown with countless touring, syncs, endorsements, accolades, the release of their 2nd album ‘Love Lies Dying’, and a live album with Brooklyn Brewery Records in 2016. You’re in for a treat.

And it doesn’t end there. On Saturday, we’ll also be joined by singer, songwriter, busker and new age traveller, Cam Cole, with his one-man band show influenced by Folk, Delta Blues, Grunge and Rock N' Roll. The perfect vibe for the perfect DQ weekend!

ITV4 programme & commentators

ITV4 programme & commentators

DirtQuake will be televised again this year – it will air on Thursday 14 August at 20:00 on ITV4 and we’re very pleased to confirm that we’ll be joined over the weekend by John McGuiness, Steve ‘Stavros’ Parrish and Leah Tokelove. They’ll be commentating on the race finals and presenting the ITV4 DQ highlights programme.

John McGuiness’ has legendary status as one of the all-time great TT racers; the ever-entertaining Stavros has done his fair share of GP motorcycle (and truck!) racing and has been a regular face at the event in recent years, returning to the Eastbourne venue this August; and The Hooligan with Pigtails, Leah Tokleove, will have a busy weekend of it as she combines racing in the DTRA Hooligan Class with her TV duties.

The highlights programme will be all about bringing to life the action from DQ and showing what the UK’s best alternative motorbike festival is all about; flat track racing for allcomers centred around a “run what you brung” ethos. It’s a chance for us to share the love with the rest of the world!

Racing with us? Get involved with some of the filming action yourself. Film you and your bike getting prepared for this year’s DQ and/ or making your way to DQ 2019 (on a phone sideways is fine) and send to us with a few lines about yourself and your journey to DirtQuake.  Send clips to or bring to the event.

The DirtQuake Showdown pre-event special

The DirtQuake Showdown pre-event special

We're very excited to be attending the Devitt MCN Festival of Motorcycling this weekend (18-19 May in Peterborough) where we’re providing a taste of the DirtQuake experience with a ‘DirtQuake Showdown pre-event special’ at the Festival. Five races per day, combining all the classes you’ll see at DirtQuake in August this summer!

Why not come along and say hello to our team and enjoy some of the action?

Rider line-up confirmed for DQ 2019

Rider line-up confirmed for DQ 2019

If you registered to ride at DirtQuake 2019, check your inbox from an email from us.

We've had a huge amount of interest this year and can confirm that there will be 3 races for the Inappropriate Road Bike class, 4 for the Street Tracker class and one for each of the Chopper, Scooter and Women’s classes.

While we’ve worked hard to accommodate everyone, we’re really sorry if we’ve had to disappoint anyone. All entries were dealt with on a first-come first-served basis and we’ve now emailed everyone about their registration. If you registered with us and haven’t seen an email from us, please get in touch by emailing: and we’ll investigate.

If you have been selected, your entry won’t be confirmed until you have paid so you’ll need to part with some money (we’ve sent you a link and a code with your email to enable you to do this).  If you haven’t paid your reg fee by Friday 31 May, we’ll have to offer your space to someone on our reserve list (again, on a first-come first-served basis) – sorry, but it’s the fairest way for us to do it...

 Bring on the summer! #GoFastTurnLeft
